Tasting Note: Intense purple colour. Lavender and rosemary with subtle spices on the nose. Full palate with black plums and white chocolate and chewy, ripe tannins and a dark chocolate finish. Aged for 12 Months in 50% new, 25% second fill and 25% third fill French oak barrels. Two rackings during wood maturation. Bottled without filtering or fining.
