All unopened wines can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund according to the LCBO guidelines.

Faulty wines that have been opened can be returned for exchange within 3 months of the the purchase date. Please make sure to return the bottle with a majority of its original contents.

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us or a designated location.
