Tasting Note: The wine is ruby in colour has aromas of forest fruits, where currant and blackberry are evident, combined with a spicy touch of black licorice that gives it complexity. On the palate it is elegant and balanced by its natural acidity. On the palate it shows notes of red fruits, blueberry, black raspberry and ripe cherry, which gives excellent flavor intensity and depth. Incredibly elegant with smooth and velvety tannins resulting in a long and persistent finish. Pair with stewed dishes, roasts, casseroles and smoked dishes. Aged for 48 months in stainless steel tanks.

Notes: This small family run estate uses no oak or added yeasts with a minimalist approach in the cellar.
