Tasting Note: Ruby red in colour with with light purple hues. The wine has an aroma of cassis, blackberry and ripe plum, combined with a slight touch of cinnamon, which gives it complexity and intensity. On the palate there are notes of red fruit, wild fruit compote and light nuances of spices. Well balanced, smooth with velvety tannins, resulting in a long and persistent finish. Pair with charcuterie, roast chicken and pasta based dishes. Aged for 48 months in stainless steel tanks.
