Tasting Note: Notes of dark fruit, plums and herbaceous spices on the nose and palate. A restrained, complex and fruit forward style, with juicy and smooth taninns and long elegant finish, minimal oak influence. Aged for 15 months in 5000L Foudre casks and for another 6 months in neutral 225L French oak barrels. No added yeast or enzymes, spontaneous fermentation and low intervention wine-making. Only 13700 bottles produced.
