Tasting Note: Aromas of green and yellow citrus, Granny Smith apples and some stone fruit on the nose. Followed by a zesty, crisp and textured mouthfeel with a lingering finish. Aged for 10 months in concrete tanks and in neutral 225L French oak barrels. No added yeast or enzymes, spontaneous fermentation and low intervention wine-making. Only 11300 bottles produced.
