Tasting Note: A traditional method sparkling wine, a rosé bubbly from Raposeira, Portugal's oldest sparkling wine producer. Salmon in colour, a creamy strawberry mousse aroma, followed by notes of nutmeg, raspberries and brioche on the finish. This undergoes 4 years of bottle ageing on the lees before disgorgement.
