Tasting Note: Hints of tobacco, cigar box, spice and vibrant red fruit with violet floral notes. Rich, dense and fruit forward followed by light black pepper and supple fresh tannins. Aged for 11 months in 5000L Foudre casks and for another 6 months in neutral 225L French oak barrels. No added yeast or enzymes, spontaneous fermentation and low intervention winemaking. Only 6600 bottles produced.
