of the Godello variety. Appealing palate with crisp acidity, creamy texture and a long finish.
Hand harvested bunch by bunch, fermented with its natural wild yeasts and aged in tanks for 5 months, on the fine lees before release. Vines are 20 years old grown at an altitude of 700m above sea level.
