Tasting Note: Deep to medium purple in colour wine with remarkable aromas of wild berries, liquorice, graphite and fennel on nose. Well balanced and has a velvety palate, with good acidity and moreish character.
Hand harvested bunch by bunch, fermented with its natural wild yeasts and aged for 4-6 months in French oak barrels, with 8 extra months resting in the bottle before release. Vines are as old as 60 years old grown at an altitude of 700m above sea level.
