Tasting Note: Intense dark purple in colour. Oak perfume with thatch, thyme and basil on the nose. Broad smooth tannins with blackberry, crème brulé on the palate and a rich chocolate, wild berry finish. Aged for 12 Months in 50% new, 25% second fill and 25% third fill French oak barrels. Two rackings during wood maturation. Bottled without filtering or fining.
