Tasting Note: This incredible traditional method sparkling wine is a blanc de noir, made from red grapes. It is straw in colour with apricot and honeysuckle notes, followed by vanilla and brioche on the finish. The bubbles are fine and persistent, with harmonious mouthfeel thanks to the 6 years of bottle ageing on the lees before disgorgement. An excellent and complex sparkling, well suited to pairing with rich dishes.
